Luxurious loft apartment on the fourth floor
In the Crocetta area this luxury apartment is located on the fourth floor of a liberty building renovated in 2011. The internal space, on two levels and with a double-height living room, is crossed by a series of air structures: the steel stair, mezzanines with a relaxation area and a sleeping area, which guarantee the multiplication of points of view and make it a unique apartment, full of charm and personality, where the attention to details are a guarantee of a new way of living.
The living room with original exposed beams, wooden floors and comfortable sofas that can accommodate up to eight people to relax with friends or for a movie. The spacious kitchen is designed to keep in touch who cook with guests, overlooking the dining area with a cherry and steel table that can accommodate up to seven.
The cherry and steel stair lead to the upper level, where there is the relaxation area with sofa and the double bedroom area, which overlooks the living room and is equipped with a second television.
The bathroom is finely decorated with a shower, magnifying mirror and hairdryer. Furthermore, a separate laundry room with washing machine.
Each apartment has internet in optical fiber and Wi-Fi connection in 100 Mbps, private and direct phone number, voicemail and wake up call. One or two TV LCD shows all major Italian, American, English, Spanish and Japanese channels. The SKY Decoder with the Vison Gold Pack it also allows the viewing of Cinema, Sport, Family and Documentary channels.
The kitchen equipment includes all dishes in adequate number to the beds of the unit, electric cooking plates, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, electric juicer and dishwasher. On request it is also possible have an American coffee maker, tea kettles, toaster, clothesline, iron and ironing board.
All apartments are soundproofed and equipped with air conditioning and dehumidifier, some of them have also a washing machine. In all the bathrooms, equipped with shower or whirlpool bath, you will find a double-magnifying mirror, wall-mounted hair dryer, courtesy line and weighing scale. In each apartment is also present an electronic safe.
Apartments are cleaned on Tuesdays and Fridays with the change of bed linen, towels and kitchen linen.
TRANSFER TORINO CASELLE AIRPORT: it is possible to request a private car transfer from or to Caselle airport for € 35,00.
TRANSFER MALPENSA AIRPORT: it is possible to request a private car transfer from or to Milano Malpensa airport for € 210,00.
HOME SHOPPING: you can use our delivery service at home by informing the Reception or writing to the email address: info@residencesacchi.it from Monday to Friday until 11:00 am on the day of delivery.
LATE CHECK-OUT: on request and subject to availability, it is possible to postpone the check-out time until 5:00 pm with a charge of € 50,00.
EARLY CHECK-IN: on request and subject to availability, you can anticipate the Check-in time with a charge of € 50,00. Please note that check-in time is possible from 1:00 pm and the check-out must be done before 11:00 am.
BREAKFAST IN APARTMENT: from Monday to Saturday you can request the breakfast service directly in your apartment, will be prepared based on your request and you can pay directly or at the check-out.
LAUNDRY SERVICE: from Monday to Friday you can request the laundry service with clothes collection before 12:00 am. You will find your clothes washed and ironed directly in the apartment within 5:00 pm of the next day.
GARAGE PRIVATO: be in the city center has its perks, but where to park the car? We managed to cut out about five space free of charge for our guests, but cannot be reserved. As we cannot guarantee the availability of this parking, you can take advantage of the following additional solutions:
- Blue line parking from Monday to Saturday, from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm at the cost of € 1,50/hours or € 10,00/day.
- Private garage at about 150 meter from Residence Sacchi, pricing start from € 28,00/day (depends of the size of the car.
HOME RESTAURANT: there are several restaurants in our zone and lot of these have delivery service, alternatively we can order the dinner for you, that will be delivery directly in the apartment. You can request it by email, phone or in reception.
WELLNESS CENTRE “CASTLE OF SALT”: the castle of salt is a wellness center specializing in “halo-therapy”, ideal for all the family, especially the children and suitable for: allergies, cold, cough, bronchitis, dermatitis and psoriasis, adenoids and ear infections, anxiety and insomnia. A lesion lasts 40 minutes and brings the same benefits of 3 days at the sea.
